Easy to work with and Ray did a great job at explaining what was going to be done and what to expect.
Terminix was much easier to work with, cheaper, and actually focused on what I called about—the termite infestation. The Orkin guy showed up and gave me a quote loaded with a bunch of extra services that had nothing to do with my main concern: termites eating a support beam in my basement. If a homeowner has a structural beam that's been damaged by termites, maybe focus on solving that problem first instead of trying to sell everything else. I watched my cameras and noticed that the replacement Orkin Tech did NOT cover my full property as my usual Tech does. I thought it would be okay; however, I have had to put out MANY citronella 3 wick candles because I've tried two times since June 29, 2026 to have company in my yard and Everyone left in a short time because my family, friends and their kids were Covered in mosquito bites.
