The show up unannounced. They have been told repeatedly that I need to be notified when they are coming so I can make arrangements for them to gain access. The service manager had told me he was going to replace my crawl space door with a new one, that never happened. I paid for material, twice the amount that was actually used, and not refunded the difference.
