As you can see, there are more bad reviews for this place than good. My initial appointment with the tech explained that I could make payments get the service done as needed. It started out. They charged me my by Examination fee twice had to wait for the money to be returned. Then I was told I could give up. A deposit and make payments. I got harassed. Very professional very thorough, friendly and comfortable
At approximately 1:15 PM, I called my local Orkin branch to address an automatically scheduled appointment for which I am unavailable. To my shock, the customer service agent I spoke with was exceptionally rude. From the onset, her tone was hostile and dismissive. She made a point of stating that I was not her only customer before abruptly hanging up on me.
