Orkin, whatever “eco friendly” dust you used on my creeping thyme after treating our sugar ants in the basement problem (not sure why you were near my thyme when it’s not near the house), you RUINED them.
Dave was prompt, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond our expectations in the extermination of the yellow jacket nest in our foundation. The location of the nest allowed them to enter the basement. Dave diagnosed the situation quickly and remedied it, 3 hours after our initial call. The price for service was very reasonable. We would highly recommend Orkin.
My usual tech is Christopher who was unavailable today so Jordan stepped into his shoes. Jordan was pleasant and knowledgeable. Orkin is always spot on when it comes to their employees. They are a wonderful representation of the company.
