I had a very disappointing experience with Orkin. I scheduled service and waited a full week for them to come out. They were supposed to show up on Friday, but no one ever came and I received no call, no confirmation, and no explanation. After missing the appointment, they simply rescheduled me for Thursday without speaking to me or confirming that worked.
