HORRIBLE service. We got scheduled for the same day we called and they said they would be at our house from around 2-4pm so we waited around and nobody came. They came on a random day without telling us while we were on vacation. We called and rescheduled, the guy texted us and said he was 20 minutes away and then all of a sudden he had “unexpected family news” and needed to cancel our service??? I have NEVER had to deal with such a terrible company. Embarrassing.
The exterminator that came was very nice and took time to explain the progress to me. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job.
