Update I had to depart from this company... They switched my guy and the guy they had coming out I could tell he did not wanna be also was rude to me of course he knew my husband wasn't home at the time...got mad because I asked him a simple question and also I watched him on my camera just spray across my house and sat in his car for 15min I told him about my bug problem he just looked at me ...been having a bad bug problem for months... I don't fault the company it's the lazy worker
Terrible experience. After they took over Dan can last 6 months or more. They gave me a scheduled appointment date in the app and then I reschedule it and then they show up anyway. Apparently the left hand doesn't talk to the right hand. This is really poor service. Changing.
We have had nothing but issues since signing up last year over the phone. The customer service agent added separate charges that were not agreed upon. The technician consistently would show up at incorrect times even though it was made clear multiple times that we wouldn’t be home before 430, well guess what time they showed up. The woman that answers the phone was very aggressive any time you questioned anything and said a few times, “I’m not sure how they phrase it on the sales side”.
