I had to change my review as speaking with other customers and an Orkin pro. I’m not getting fully serviced. I have rodent n pest package. I still have drain gnats and seen a tiny bug crawling in a bedroom. My messages are getting read via text and no reply . I call every number provided. Since week 1 I’ve been dealing with issues. Reading reviews I see I’m not the only one with issues.
Chad did a great job of eliminating my mosquitoe problem at my new house. He was courteous and professional, He called his manager and got me a discount. I am a senior female widow newly in neighborhood. Orkin was right on time. Great job. Thank you
Terrible service had them for a few months and still seeing bugs and things all over the house , I stopped paying because why would I be paying for something I can try to do on my own for free ?? This is ridiculous if I could’ve rate 1 start I would . .
I never thought I would need you guys. I remember the commercials about "the Orkin man" lol. The Orkin man that came today was a true professional and such a nice person. I'm hoping to be rid of these moles/gophers destroying my yard.
