I had some significant issues before firing another pest control company and hiring Orkin. They identified the issues, gave me a fair and accurate estimate to eradicate the problems. We had mice in our attic and Orkin quoted us an astronomical 9k to resolve the issue last summer—under the claim that with the attic totally resealed and reinsulated, there would absolutely be no more rodents. Fast forward 1 year and they are back. We called Orkin to come out and actually fix the problem this time. They are giving us the runaround saying they now need to reinsulate the basement for thousands of dollars (even though the mice are in the attic).
