Great service and the rep came out almost immediately to solve the ant problem.
Orkin’s negligence, laziness, and incompetence by one employee has caused a severe infestation to spread in the Highpointe Condominium at Rippon Landing. The Orkin man assigned to that complex (see pics attached) is not taking any action to address the SEVERE Cockroach infestation in my building. If I could given 0 starts I would. Every single person at the company I spoke to would give me a different answer. I had technicians show up to my house because appointments were made without my knowledge (despite repeated calls to tell them this cannot happen). I was told I had to pay for a monthly service, only to be told later I had to pay another outrageous fee to take care of the only problem I called about in the first place.
