First off, I don't know whether my HOA's Orkin man is from this location, but it's the closest to my house, so if it's not, my bad. But I live in the Highpointe at Rippon Landing Condominium in Woodbridge, and the Orkin man assigned to that complex is not taking any action to address the SEVERE Cockroach infestation in my building. Exceptional service to address mouse issues. I called at 7:30 am on a Sunday and a live person answered the phone. They sent a technician and a home inspector out. The technician found and patched holes, set traps and provided advice. He even swept up after himself. Such a relief to have help. I’m very grateful.

Bait and switch money grab. I went with Orkin because on the phone, they described the service as really comprehensive (looking for hidden nests, strategic dusting, etc.). However, once they got here, they just took a cursory look around the area (took all of 10 minutes) and then told me they can't do anything unless I can identify where the wasp is coming in from. That is why I was seeking a professional in the first place! And they charge over $300 for this? I would definitely not recommend.
