UPDATE: They still dont know how to call, still schedule whenever they want, still have issues with proper communication. In short, Orkin still gets a 1 star. If I could give -100 stars i would at this point. The rep who services my house is fine. Friendly and attentive. The customer service... the way they do business? Not my cup of tea... we used to have permatreat and they were good though the revolving reps was mildly annoying. I dont like seeing a new one every time. Very disappointed with Orkin’s service (or lack there of I should say). We called Orkin on 6-18-25 for a pest control need. They scheduled us for an inspection the following day on 6-19-25 between 10am-12pm. No one ever showed up for the inspection nor called to say they couldn’t come we were just left hanging with zero communication. I took off work to be home for the inspection, so the fact that they never showed up or communicated anything with us is very frustrating and extremely unprofessional.
