Very terrible service. The tech Jonas Lee is very disrespectful, rude and refuses to give you the services you pay for. Branch manager for Skokie is also very rude and unhelpful in solving any problems. I’ve cancelled my service due to their negligence and disrespect. Don’t use them, give your business else where
