Orkin has incredible customer service. We’ve been with them for 5 years now with zero complaints. Any issues we have they take care of quickly . Recently Serena who has been servicing our property last several months has helped us with visitors in our attic . She’s come back several times for trap checks and entry points with no extra charge . Highly recommend.
So we called for a termite inspection, but the conversation came up that Orkin does general pest sprays more frequently - and for a better price - than our previous servicer. So we called an audible and changed servicers. The level of care and detailed information they gave us while they did their work was great, and I really got a sense that they care about the level of detail in their work. We have used Orkin for a few years now and have been pleased with the service in Sacramento. Justin has been very respectful of our home and helps answer questions anytime when needed! So far no pest issues and having scheduled service keeps the bugs at bay.
