We have been with ORKIN for probably 3+ years. Our initial technician, Jeff, was great and we never had any issues with pests. Once it changed to Jordan, we saw an increase in bugs, spiders, even cockroaches. Cob webs were never removed of like Jeff would do. Dead bugs, mice droppings on the glue pads that were never changed out. Then the last visit we had another new technician and he noted to my grandmother (I was not home at the time of service) that he noticed all the spiders but didn’t clean up any webs or dead bugs.
