Got the contract service for my country home and it is money well spent! Prompt, responsive, and they have already helped us eliminate ants, rodents, and our newest nemesis..bark scorpions. It will be a lifelong battle as long as we own this home. So glad we went for the contract. No additional charges; I call, they eliminate.
Got charged more than what the sales department said and didn’t get the service They told me they would do. Also got charged $20 extra for i don’t know what. Called and spoke to like 5 different people and said they would call me back to figure everything out on friday, it is now monday.
The worst experience for exclusion and attic remediation! Do NOT USE! I can’t give them a zero star, or I would. Paid 20k 1) They broke parts of the top of our trimming around the attic doors. 2) They left bags of insulation in the attic when they were supposed to have removed the insulation 3) They damaged the ducting so badly that the pin holding the duct work up was pulled out- I had an AC team look at it, and they confirmed. David is so pleasant to work with. Very friendly, thorough and very detailed. We would definitely recommend him and their service.
At first, we were happy with Orkin's service. After a few months it went into the toilet. There have been multiple occasions where we have been rescheduled. I called to see why our service was being rescheduled and was told it was because they added new customers and had to move us out. I don't know any business where that is a good reply from Customer Service. We've been rescheduled for the 4th time this month!
