Felt like a giant scam. Had my house inspected as we had termite swarmers. I was told I had 3 active areas under my house, mold, and other signs of rodents. My basic termite treatment request turned into a quote for a complete revamp of my attic and crawlspace for 34k. Had 2 other companies come out who both stated no signs of active sites under my house, but a small area in my closet space which we treated with bait systems around the house that were installed for under 1k.
We just had our quarterly service. The rep's name was Milton. He was very thorough. He answered questions very well. His appearance was also very professional. I hope he will be our permanent rep.
Tommy is great at Orkin! He always works hard on our house to eliminate bugs. They do such a great job.
Ben always goes above and beyond and he's a wealth of knowledge whenever we have questions. Very friendly and personable 10/10, excellent service!
