Matthew is excellent. He is professional and thorough, plus he is always quick. I also appreciate that any work in between a treatment are part of the bi-monthly charge.
Kelvin has taken care of my homes for a few years now. He is the greatest. His vigilance has given me peace of mind. No creepy crawlers or critters in my house!
Orkin, and technician Earl specifically, is wonderful to work with. Our property is a rental, with nice tenants but who aren't always the easiest to work with, and Earl handles it all like a professional to get the job done. I can't thank him enough!
The short version of my review is that they didnt answer the phone or email, and were all around disappointing. I called Orkin in for a pest evaluation on my newly purchased home in Newton MA, it is an 1880s Victorian. After having a brief conversation with a rep, she advised a home inspection and a $100 a month service in which they would spray for mosquitos and devise a plan for mice.
