Horrible service , I have multiple locations and in the last year the technician hasn't showed up for three months every month I have to call for a service report , when I call customer service they tell me a manager will call and they never do
Very good service always available I recommend them
New issue - just had a swarm of wasps make a home in my home office window frame(somehow getting through the wall) - orkin was able to come over same day to treat the area. PCRM Matthew N did a nice job on the service and gave me instructions on follow up - nice job all around
