The guys that came to my house today, Troy and Mike, were excellent. Above and beyond super informative and very helpful. I recommend these two fellas to anyone.
I'm having the worse experience ever with Orkin! Part of the rodent service is that you suppose to be able to call them if there is a rodent on one of the traps that they put down. I called them on a Saturday and they said someone will be calling me back but instead on Monday I received a text that they will be coming out on Thursday for service. I called them back to cancel since I already had a prior appointment and once again they said someone will be giving me a call and will definitely be out on Wednesday to remove the ... read more
Worst company I ever delt with nobody I talked to had any idea what they were doing or talking about had my service cancelled because I wasn’t happy with them they said service was cancelled but I still got charged and there was a technician about to show up at my house had to call back again to cancel the service… there’s a lot more I could go on about but long story short I don’t recommend orkin shop around!
