Harold arrived on schedule. Immediately asked is what needed to be done. This was a follow up visit. Told him about cave cricket & mouse issues. He located two areas that we needed to spray with foam to prevent mice ingress, which we did. He also sprayed basement perimeter for crickets. He was very helpful & mindful. Offered up some great suggestions. Very friendly but professional. Excellent service.
I have used orkin twice now within the last 6 months for both Yellowjacket and hornet removal. Each visit, the technician was professional and knowledgeable. I felt the issue was treated properly in both circumstances and I would definitely use orkin again, and recommend them to others.
