I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Orkin. When I signed up for service, I was very clear about my concerns due to past issues with another pest control company that would not allow me to cancel. I specifically explained that flexibility was important to me, and I was told that with Orkin, I would be able to cancel if I needed to.
