On time, professional and listen to my concerns
Tina did my yearly home inspection today. She was very thorough and personable!
Quick, thorough and professional. Also very courteous.
Whatever gets sprayed is quite effective. Technicians are nice. Scheduling is difficult. Why can't I get a set schedule for the year/ month so inside and outside service can be better coordinated. I work during the day 8-6 so a 10 am appointment on Tuesday is not feasible. When you call the day before or when you're in the area it doesn't help. I find this frustrating.
