I give the guy who answered the phone, 1 star. The service and technician, I give 5 stars. I had a house that was being sold. It was infested with German roaches. The sales guy knew my situation and pushed me into a year long contract. Even though he knew we were cleaning it out and selling. Didn’t seem to give me any other options. I called Orkin because of bees on the ceiling of our porch. Orkin sent Frank to solve this problem. He said those are wasps, not bees. I watched him from the window, spray the wasp nest with no fear. Frank also sprayed outside & inside our townhouse. He went an extra mile for his customer (me). Thank you Frank for the great job. Appreciate you!!!
