Had an emergency with insects. Scheduled an appointment for 2-4pm. At 4:30 i called the office and spoke to someone who identified themselves as a manager named Tyler. He said he was receiving a call from the inspector and would call me back. After not receiving a call 20 min later, I called back and the customer service rep confirmed nobody was picking up at the Elmsford location indicating to her everyone had left for the day. I really appreciate the immediate response and timely services. Nobody wants to wait long for help when they have a problem with bugs in their home and Orkin totally understands that because they came right out to get rid of our bugs . Joseph my technician arrived within the time window and called ahead with an ETA. Glue traps were strategically placed labeled and photographed for future reference. The house perimeter was sprayed by all entrances. Always good service from Orkin.
