Alex was very knowledgeable and gave us some insights, and did a great service.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. I was informed that they would install a tent over the house, which would eradicate the termites, but potentially displace other insects. While the treatment did eliminate the termites, we observed increased bug activity after eight days and were subsequently required to pay an additional $100 for a house spray. I recently switch from Terminix to Orkin, today was my first visit and what a difference. A much more professional experience, from my interactions with their manager Kat to my experience today with Omelio. He asked questions, genuinely listen & wanted to support. He added special traps & sprays based off my concerns unlike Terminix that would spray & leave. High recommend!
