We just had our initial visit with the technician, Roger Spellman. To say all of us were impressed with him would be an understatement. He was beyond thorough and found exactly where the pests were entering the home and ensure that he took care of all of the places. He was communicative and gave us updates and showed us videos and pictures he took and explained everything. We hope he is our permanent technician. Andrew was outstanding! He assessed our ant situation and then explained what he needed to do. He was extremely professional, efficient and polite! And this was after we spoke to someone at Orkin who could not have been more friendly, polite and helpful! We always go to Orkin for our pest control.

Izzy(the tech) arrived on time and gave us answer to all of our questions. We were more than pleased with his work. We are happy that we will see him again in a few weeks for follow up. He said we should not hesitate to call him if we see any issues.
