William is the best tech to work with. He is very communicative and knowledgeable when we ask questions.
The tech (Devin) came ready to work, checking caught 2 juvenile rodents over the weekend and he use some great techniques to set the traps, i see that the rodents are very smart and Devin seems to be on top of it with his strategy.

Terrible experience with Orkin. We had constant ants throughout their contract with us. When I tried to get additional services to resolve this, their technician did not call when he arrived so I wasn't able to help him inside as I had stepped out. Their technicians do not arrive at scheduled times and their pest control does not work. When I went to cancel, the still charged me $313 to cancel my contract early and did not even tell me this over the phone as I was cancelling. I later found the charge on my card.
