Worst possible experience EVER. Got a message the day before service that I would be receiving a call from the technician…that never happened! The day of my scheduled service no one showed up…no calls nothing! I call the main office and they tell me my service was complete. I get a call from the technician saying that he knocked on the door with no answer..also not so. I was on property continuously all day and my security system also verified no one had been there. Orkin is communicates promptly. Their inspector, and subsequent exterminator, was very professional and efficient. He explained what he was doing and was careful to protect surrounding areas during treatment. I'm very happy with their service.
