My husband and I paid in full for a five year contract in October 2021 for termite bait trap service with Orkin. We have not been receiving good customer service since that time. This is based on but not limited to this company not returning calls, not setting up appointments, technicians coming out without booties for their dirty shoes during home inspections, not having a hand scanner or one that works to locate unseen bait traps, and the list goes on and on.
