It was nice speaking with Eric! Good customer service very friendly.
Very pleased with the work Daniel did at our property. He showed up, introduced himself, and explained what he was going to do. Daniel said he was going to spray inside the house (which I did not know was part of the contract) and then outside. Daniel explained that the bigger holes most likely an animal trying to get to the wasp larva. He sprayed every hole then over the whole area. I'm pretty sure a wasp won't want to return to these holes. I highly recommend Orkin and Daniel.
Service was as expected and well explained.
