They come every 2 months and always let me know when. Trey is professional and polite and always asks about any concerns. He comes at the appointment time and gets to work immediately.

Requested for a call back after his vacation. The day after he was here the tenants were complaining that there was live black ants! We requested for him to follow up after his vacation. Edgar never followed up or called. On the following service he claims he's too busy! He never received the text. On my end it shows it was received. Asked him what's the solution. He walked off the job. He is unprofessional! Called the office and requested for another technician.
I never leave negative reviews except for the exceptionally bad. After not having had service fulfilled to standard, I called them for service which they said they will. They however never called back. I called back to call get a call back and never got a call back. After a year, I called them back again to see why they still didn’t call back.
