The customer service when making the appointment and the customer service when the gentleman arrived was 10/10. I would highly recommend.
Disappointed. Tech came today and my wife told him she was not feeling well and asked if he could just check the main floor and basement while she stayed upstairs. He said yes but never came in. When I called the office, he said she told him him not come inside. All captured on the ring camera. He lied to his company. Sent them the video but they have not responded.
