Great technicians! Allan is the man! But I had to cancel after 3 years of service for poor customer service when dealing with auto pay issues. Bridge was burned.
Allan is the man. I truly appreciate him. He is the ultimate professional but most importantly in my view, he is a people person. Hopefully you have more employees like Allan.
We have a great experience with our service technician, Derrin, and the main office, it's pretty good to work with on scheduling and any concerns.
It was good until it wasn’t. Their service started off well with consistent visits, but two years later we were still dealing with the pest issue. They couldn’t give us answers, just temporary solutions. It was also a year and some change in that a different technician spotted entry points that were never mentioned prior. It took them some time to come and close those too.
