We spent thousands of dollars with ORKIN, getting our attics, cleaned out, disinfected, sealed, and re-insulated. Not only did ORKIN not clean and sanitize all the spaces, I had two people in leadership come say the work was fine, when there was clearly mouse poo and squirrel, poo and acorns, and every example of rodent still in our attic after their failed attempt of cleaning. I used Orkin for years. In 2023, my service area got a new tech. He missed several services that I didn't catch until months later and I was still charged (ok, my fault). Fast forward got another new tech mid 2024, same thing missed services being charged. I tried to get refunded for the missing services for the 2025 year (2) missed. They advised to send over proof, so I wasted time pulling together what I could called my security provider to pull footage, texts and bank statements to have them say oh sorry after 30 days it'... read more
Very friendly and professional, took time to explain everything
I had a terrible tenant that caused an infestation in my home not identified till his exit. Orkin has been most effective. I don’t see any more critters. The company are consistent and easy to work with. They are constantly communicating with me to alert date of service, who is coming and when they arrive and follow up after the visit to make sure I am pleased with my service.
