Updated review: I'm pretty frustrated with Orkin at this point. Our initial consultation was great, our first treatment was great. Our first treatment, it was communicated that it would be at a certain time. That time came and went for that day, so I called the number provided for Orkin and the person I spoke to said that they only give 2-hour windows, not specific times. I'm not sure where the miscommunication was, but I let it go. I had to reschedule that appointment to the next day since I had things planned out for that ... read more

Our tech Brittany was awesome and did a great job answering all our questions and concerns. The lady on the phone was awesome too. Glad we chose them over the other ones who "couldn't drive that far."
