We had a carpenter ant invasion of our kitchen. Damien came out right away and treated the problem areas.
This particular inspector (Loux) was very polite and thorough. He inspected each bait trap and spoke with me afterward to give an assessment of what he found (no termites, thankfully) but an indication of ants on 2 traps at a specific place. I’ve not had an inspector be as careful as he was, and I appreciate it. He provides the example by which others should follow.
