Great service rep!
I was grateful to see Seth again Seth previously served our home and is familiar with our needs. Also Seth offered comfort and encouragement in the recent passing of my daughter,that made it more than a service call
Do not hire for insulation. We had Orkin come out and replace the insulation in our attic and crawl space in July. Paid a large chunk of money for the service. Now, in September, we are working to sell our house. The inspector came out and looked in the crawl space to find insulation hanging down (old and new), the old insulation that Orkin was supposed to replace with encapsulated insulation still in sections of the crawl space, and damage to my vapor barrier from Orkin's service workers being down there.
