Today was my first experience with Orkin. I had an inspection and treatment. Marcus, the technician that came, out did a wonderful job and was incredibly thorough. He was kind, easy to communicate with, and he answered all of my questions- even the silly ones. I signed up for a plan for the year, so I’m hoping the experiences continue to be 5-star!
Technician was professional. Major miscommunication. How can you treat property without inspection? The inspection should have been done prior to services.
