We paid nearly $1,000 for what was supposed to be a professional bed bug treatment, only to be met with subpar service and zero results. The technician showed up with nothing more than a single spray can—no traps, no multi-step treatment plan. They did come back out after calling but told me they were gone. This was my first time using pest control. We are being overrun with Boxelder bugs. Darren came out and was friendly and knowledgeable And on time. He did the interior of our house and the perimeter, and then focused on the area where we were getting the most Boxelder bugs. He used to creative approach to make sure the problem was addressed well. They are doing a follow up in a week and I will update as they continue.
