I called for a removal of a bee's nest. The orkin person was here for about 5/10 minutes. He took a walk around the outside of the house + just stood on the ground and sprayed the bees nest up on the roof next to the chimney. He said within a few days we should see the bees die off. This was $410! I thought that was outrageous! Hopefully the bees will be gone in a few days. They just came today so I can't speak to that yet.
Orkin's customer service has been truly excellent, and their exterminators are knowledgeable courteous and responsive. Our exterminator arrived early, the assessment of our property was brief but thorough, and he listens to my concerns and we were able to come up with a plane of action that satisfied all of my needs.
The service by the technician was exceptional. He was courteous and professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommended
