From the moment I called Orkin to make an appt I was given full transparent info from the woman on the phone. She answered questions before I asked. Tyler was awesome! He was on time and answered all of our questions. He was very efficient and reassuring that our dog would be safe from traps and sprays around the house. I'm happy I chose Orkin.

Technician Shawn Cuizio was very nice & helpful, very pleasant, and very thorough.
They never finished the first appointment. The tech said he had been here for 1.5 hours and it was a Fri night and he would return the next week. No one ever returned to go in the attic or crawl space. I paid over $250 for some glue traps. Not happy.
