They don't call when they say they will, they text and then don't respond when you text back, and they don't remind you of service. They also constantly fill their reports with lies, I'm assuming to cover themselves. Every report I've received has said I have "standing water" in the back yard yet my husband and I have never found this "standing water" and they never provide a picture or any proof of this magical standing water (which they've even cited in summer when it's been >100F for a whole week and standing water would ... read more
