I have been with this company for many years. My original appointment the tech pulled up in front of my house and left. They schedule me for another appointment, which was anytime between eight and six, which was not a good time for me. So I canceled it. The computer notifies me the day before that they would be out. Because I wasn’t going to be home. I called to cancel. I was told I could not put the appointment on hold. I had the house treated for box elder bugs in late summer. Since we've had such a warn fall, I still had many bugs sunning themselves on my siding. I called and asked for a touch up and was given the extra service at no charge. Thank you Orkin for providing me with peace of mind!
