Our technician Ryan was outstanding. Thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring, which is exactly what we needed. He told us what we need to continue to look for, how long we would need to look for it and what to do if we had any questions. I would absolutely recommend Orkin.
Have had honor miss quality of service with orkin. Depends on the tech they send. The office is terrible with communicating proper pricing and alerting you of your service (we requested phone calls the day before and an hour before service and would rarely get either)
Purchased a beautiful new home and decided to get a general inspection. Was not expecting to hear there was evidence of bats and mice. The two Ryans came out within a couple of days of the inspection and performed the necessary services to eradicate the bat and mice issue. I appreciate them telling me that if they need to come out again, to not hesitate to call
