I’d rather pay for preventative measures than deal with bug issues unexpectedly. I appreciate having consistency in who Orkin sends to my home. My regular tech, Mitchell, is thorough, personable and professional.

I think it could have been more thorough. I had to ask my him to inspect the other room, at which time he said his flashlight was running low. I had to let him borrow mine. I was expecting a full inspection for each room without having to ask, “Well, can you check this room too?” Make sure you ask what you can expect from an inspection before you pay.
An absolutely positive experience! Jeff and Shawn were very friendly and professional! They both addressed our concerns in a timely manner! They came to our house within 2 hours when we spoke to a representative. I would highly recommend Orkin!!!! Ask for Jeff and Shawn!!!
Every other month treatment by technician Jason has greatly reduced unwanted pest. Awesome job Jason!
