NO! The technicians are always different. It's like a revolving door of people that I've never seen before. I don't know who's going to show up on my regular service. These technicians go into my home, and have to ask what and where to treat. I'd much rather have someone who I know, who's been to my home before, and able to develop some kind of working relationship with someone who I believe that I can trust in my home.
I really appreciate Orkin. Dylan is fabulous. Very friendly, competent, and really cares about his work. Orkin in general is highly responsive whenever we need their help.
It has been a pleasure. I have no problems after I started my service at least 3 yrs ago.
My tech Jacob is the greatest guy! He’s always thorough and has an awesome attitude every single time he comes to spray our home. We have the best conversations and laughs. Even my super antisocial 5 and 19 month old babies like him. Great energy and great vibes. He deserves a raise honestly! Hey Orkin, make that happen for the best tech on your team. Jacob and his fiancé are invited to the BBQ.
