The Orkin Tech was really competent and explained the process of exterminating my yellow jacket nest and explained the warranty period to me. Very good experience! Second time to use service - for a hornet’s nest in hedge. Technician was right on time and destroyed nest and treated around that area of the hedge to address any remaining hornets. Thanks so much!
