Showing up at 7:30am on Saturday not good, didn't get access to the interior of the house.
Terrible customer service. We gave the guy a check on Thursday. He said he was coming on Tuesday again to check if new application of pesticide was needed. He never came or called or texted. Called Orkin on Tuesday and they said they would have the technician call me. Nobody did. I was gonna let it go. Maybe one application is all that’s needed even though I paid for a month. Fast forward to today. I get an email saying I have a balance that I owe for the exact amount that I paid. It is not my fault that they haven’t cashed ... read more
