Five stars for the Orkin team who found animal damage in our attic. They then came in and removed the old and hazardous fiberglass insulation, installed thermal shield material to the attic-facing side of the roof, then blew in cellulose insulation (10” depth) into the attic floor. They did a great cleanup after the job so there was no trace of any of the old or new attic insulation in the garage. Can’t wait to see the difference in my utility bill!!

Today was the 3rd time I've had a service pro show up with no notification email alerting me of the upcoming appointment. The problem with this is that I am 98% deaf and have several dogs. The dogs are friendly.. to be very clear. However they go outside in a fenced yard which keeps them back from a busy road and package/mail carriers. Part of my yard that gets treated is this dogs yard. If I am not aware the orkin worker is here and put my dogs out not only could they have access to the front yard, busy road, service people... read more
