I had a very pleasant experience with the gentleman that came to inspect my place today his name is Nathan and I must add that all the people that I talked to over the phone were very plesent to speak with also I am very happy that I chose Orkin to do my business with I want to thank you all for making my not such a pleasant situation more bearable
We called in the morning and they sent out Kaiden. He was polite, very well informed and willing shared his knowledge. It was a relief to get an estimate and he also asked if we were interested in an estimate for insulation due to his review of our attic. It was nice to have that option! I felt relieved after having Kaiden here feeling that we would have resolution to our pest problem. He is a great example of what an interaction should be like with a specialist.
Great service, quick and easy! The guy, Dustin, was super informative and friendly!
