Technicians are always willing to see that my issues are taken care of!!!!!!! Each of them seem to be very concerned and caring and knowledgeable.
Silas came to our home today and was polite, professional, called en route, thorough, clean vehicle and uniform, explained what he was doing and why. I had to go back to work before he was done and he cleaned up afterwards so well you wouldnt have thought anyone was over crawling around in our attic. He did a great job.
Technician was prompt and very professional and friendly. Diagnosed the issue we were having in no time and made sure the proper protections were put in place. Very open about timeline and when a return trip would be made. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that requires this service!
Robert with Orkin came out to the house let us know before he got there. Did an outstanding job all the way around top to bottom inside out and all of my buildings. Fabulous job Robert
Everyone I spoke with was great. I did have a bit of a communication issue and had to call them a couple different times to get things going, but other than that we've had a great experience so far.
