Jesse, as always, went above and beyond to provide great service! We had the yard sprayed for mosquitoes and are very satisfied with the effectiveness of this service.
UPDATE: It took a while to get ahold of someone to retreat the second time but since then its been a lot easier to schedule and get them out here. Overall the service improved and our outcome has as well.
We always have a great experience using Orkin. We usually have Charles come out and he is very thorough and always helps with anything we need!
Ryen Goodson is an absolute godsend. Orkin should be honored to have him as an employee. The type of customer service, communication, knowledge and friendliness that Ryen has cannot be taught. This is our first year with Orkin and we will be staying every year now thanks to Ryen. Products work great but that’s not what’s keeping us it’s the customer service we have received throughout the season. If you’re in the Syracuse/Baldwinsville area ask for Ryen you will not be disappointed!!
