We went with Orkin for the reasonable price that accompanied the 5-year terminate protection plan. When we realized our newly purchased home had evidence of termites and other invasive bugs (like mice and bees), they came to inspect and provide treatment for the entire house in the first month or so. It was great to have mouse traps, bee hives treated, and the whole house sprayed for bugs during this time that the house was being worked on.
