05/15/2026. - Updated review. Had a follow up visit today with Jared. He did a walk through to evaluate any problem areas and addressed them as needed. Great communicator and thorough in his approach. Jared is an excellent representative for Orkin and would definitely recommend! Telephone support staff are very professional and responsive and I quickly received a return call from Ben Sowrey who gave me an overview of new service start-up , frequency and cost.
