On time service and the technician Todd was very helpful and informative and answered every question that we had.
I tried 4 different times to reach someone to make an appointment. No one ever called me back. I sent 2 emails as well and tried to transfer an inspection contract from the previous owners of the home we purchased, again I was told someone would return my call and never did. After reading the reviews I’m glad they didn’t. Terminex scheduled me immediately for a free inspection.
They will never solve your issue, so you keep paying them
Absolutely great! Professional, respectful, knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to explain every step in the process & allowed me to ask as many questions throughout that I needed to. He was very thorough with all aspects of the treatment visit. He left a very satisfied customer so far. Look forward to the return visits. Hopefully any pests will be taken care of this year, but I feel confident, that the gentleman has it handled.
