We confided in Orkin to do a couple exclusions. Our experience with the inspection tech and the manager who took over was far from great. The lack of AND no communication was frustrating. I had to continue calling home office to even find out when/what was happening. The day we waited for paperwork to be signed, they were 2 hours late without any heads up.
