My Orkin man experience was pleasant. He gave me a courtesy call before he arrived. He came when he said he would, and he had done a very thorough check of my apartment. He even checked the living room area, which I said, I have didn’t have a problem in, which he also verified, that there was no problem in that area. When he left I felt so reassured and that is priceless.
The Sterminater was very thorougral he checked all areas I was able to ask any questions that was answered five star
This has been one of the most unacceptable service experiences I have ever dealt with. I requested cancellation of my Orkin account multiple times via phone and email starting on November 23, 2025. I left voicemails and sent written requests, yet received zero response. Despite clearly instructing them to cancel immediately and NOT charge my card, I woke up to a pending charge still being processed.
