Dean arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and how, as well as answering my questions. After cautioning me to stay away from nest area, he was able to quickly do his work and even located and took care of 2 additional wasp nests that we had not noticed. He let me know when he was done, and told me a few precautions to take to be sure wasp nest areas were safe before anyone got near them. Very much appreciate the professionalism and great job Dean did!
