Thank you Danielle for making the process painless and getting us all the safe protection we need.
We made an appt for 10am-12pm today and no one showed. My mom called for an update when she saw they were late and said theyd be there in half an hour. No show. She called again and the lady had to keep calling the driver for an ETA and it kept getting pushed back another hour, another hour and a half. My mom spoke to the lady FIVE times and they never showed. Instead of rescheduling we told them to cancel the whole thing and that we’d write a negative review, so here it is! Do NOT schedule with this incompetent company
I had 2 appointments where they did not show. I received a text for one at 2:39pm when my appointment was for 4:00.. the text said they are way, I’m the next stop. Again at 2:39 I received a text saying they are here. My son and I looked outside no one was there. I tried responding to text but it says replies are not monitored and to call local office, which I did several times. Service was horrible no results
This Orkin team led by Fred Grimaldi is absolutely superlative! They responded immediately and cared about everything down to the last details. They were professional, pleasant, and affordable and took away all the worry! I love this company and will use them again for any pest eradication. Please call them!
