Never showed up after having me wait 3 hours after the scheduled time (after waiting 3 hours for the time frame they gave me.)
I want to be clear. My tech is incredible. He's why i still deal with Orkin. It's the new hyde park office people that don't care about the customer. They have broken processes and do nothing to address them. New hyde office is trash. No one even calls you back
Had a Great experience with Tom from Orkin. He searched the front yard and backyard to get rid of a paper wasp nest and spray a killer dust in a crawlspace in the ceiling when he found a deceased Yellow Jacket. He was very thorough and reassured us we would be safe once he was done. Fantastic Service!
Jairo, is my technician, has been servicing my building and printing warehouse for over six years. He is a knowledge pest expert.
