I’ve been using them for YEARS, they do great work except for the most recent time. They told me I had pests in my attic and had to act on it or my roof could collapse. I unfortunately trusted them without getting a second opinion. $2,300 later they do an additional termite install for $880 without my consent. When I called to complain, they read me the notes from my most recent appointment: “zero signs of pest activity.” They refused to give me a refund and advised me to ”get a second opinion next time”.
