I’m not one to leave a review especially a negative one - in fact I never have. This is not directed at either of the technicians scheduled for my home. This is all the call service and I’m beyond frustrated. They explicitly stated it was NOT a contract for a year multiple times. I repeated asked if it was a contract and it was told to me if I opted out of reoccurring services after the initial fee of $294, I would loose the orkin guarantee and that’s it. Gentlemen that come out are always very nice, but I always ask if they know where the traps are and the answer is no. Why not? We didn’t place them, your guys did. They should know where to look for the traps, I don’t want any dead mice laying around for months. Also the attic is supposed to be checked, which he couldn’t do because he didn’t have a ladder. He was a fill-in which is not an acceptable reason to a customer who is paying for the full inspection, not just part of it.
