Mike Wente was great. He explained everything he was going to do and I watched and he covered everywhere. Thanks Mike.
He was very thorough and gave suggestions on what to do beyond what they do. He even reconnected one of my vents in the basement that had come apart. He did a lot for the initial visit and the representative on the phone when I was first talking to them noticed that the word nurse was in my email and asked if I Work at a hospital. And said first responders get $50 off the first visit. So it was awesome. They went above and beyond.
Jason was extremely thorough and helpful. Gave lots of information to help with any current and potential challenges we might have.
Mike Wente, my technician, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and a great guy to work with, answering all questions and getting the job done efficiently and effectively. He’s a gem!
